The Quest Security and IT Teams are looking for a brilliant Project Manager, reporting to the Global Director of Cybersecurity, who will be tasked with building out project plans and tracking progress for Quest Security and IT teams. This is a high-visibility position requiring collaboration with product security, engineering, IT, threat and vulnerability and security architecture teams to develop, maintain or integrate team plans into major project tasks.
This role is remote based and can be located in the Republic of Panama or Mexico.
- Strong ability to partner with other departments and business units to manage key dependencies and accomplish shared delivery milestones
- Strong ability in implementing program and project plans monitoring progress resource usage and quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels effectively and accurately
- Strong understanding and ability to manage complex programs and project budgets
- Identify potential efficiencies and inefficiencies across projects, including the use of time, bandwidth issues, scheduling conflicts, and brief clarity
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Escalate and track impediments
- Communicate and track project risks and dependencies
- Strive for continuous improvement

- 3+years of Information Technology/Software Development or Information Security work experience
- 2 +years managing projects
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled multi-tasker, with a positive attitude
- Advanced English
Preferred
- Knowledge and experience in IT or Software Development Lifecycle
- PMP Certification
