Your role
- Maintain & grow people's relevant technical knowledge, competences & skills within its Chapter Stream in alignment with Portfolio Management and the company strategy
- Ensuring the career development of the Chapter Stream members, according to the career development plan, which will be tailored together with the Career Coach, based on the people’s wishes and company needs
- Support Accesa internal functions (e.g., Sales, Pre-Sales, Client Partner, Portfolio Management) from a Chapter Stream specific perspective, as well as ensure technical requirements associated to Technology Partnership Management are met
- Create and maintain the Role Description and tech specific Competencies for all Chapter Stream community related roles, as well as ensure efficient and goal-oriented technical interviews to be conducted for the recruiting process
- Monitor the Chapter Stream capacity usage and consult with the Industry Line/ Tribes regarding allocation (available opportunities and timeframes), as well as ensure a backlog within the Chapter Stream (e.g., mentorship, internal projects, etc.) and plan them accordingly.
- Implement Chapter Stream related internships and academies according to company needs and aligned with a common way of working at all Chapters level, as well as connect demands from the Market and Platform pillars to the Delivery pillar (e.g., speaker for events, etc.).
- Build and manage technological or best practices communities with the aim of boosting the collective intelligence, by creating engaging social learning contexts, in alignment with existing processes and best practices (e.g., community events).
- Strong communications skills, having the capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Leadership skills to organize, coordinate and facilitate activities with our colleagues
- Creative mindset and the ability to perform tasks and make decisions independently
- The ability to engage and inspire, manifesting proactivity and teamwork
- Experience in community outreach, having the ability to build and maintain successful partnerships
- Comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations
