POSITION
- The essential job duties
- Demonstrate excellent customer services and selling techniques
- Generate outstanding sales results, beyond the store average
- Share knowledge and experience with Sales Associates to allow them to improve their performance, also coach new staff
- Increase clients’ engagement and loyalty by conveying Dior values
- Be the specialist support role in the team, i.e. VM, CDM, repair, etc.
- Sales/Performance
- Achieve top sales results through effective use of selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge, contributing to the global team performance
- Demonstrate team work by sharing selling techniques with Sales Assistants
- Monitor sales target and department performance on daily and monthly basis
- Client Development
- Act as a role model for Sales Associates by demonstrating outstanding customer service
- Represent the boutique in greeting customers and provide pleasant customer service
- Fill out and update the client book, build relationship with customers
- Back-Office Support
- Provide support in stock management
- Maintain floor display area and merchandise
- Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and image of the store
- Perform delegated tasks efficiently
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping and Christian Dior standards within the boutique
PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
- At least 1-4 years of retail sales experience or Client Service Business, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
- Good command of Thai, Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4-6)
- Computer literacy a must.
- Excellent cross-selling skills
- Service-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Have a genuine passion for luxury and an interest in the retail and fashion industry
