Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Industrial Management or any business related fields;
- Minimum 2-year experience in Inventory Management/Supply Chain/Material Management or manufacturing environment;
- Have a excellent knowledge & proficiently use of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel;
- Experience in using ERP/MRP system for Warehouse, Oracle/SAP is a plus;
- Good communication skills and fluency in English and Vietnamese is required (verbal and written);
- Proven knowledge of Inventory Control procedures and practices (FIFO, Kanban, etc.);
- Proven problem solving, analytical thinking;
Job Scopes:
- Lead and oversee physical inventory count activity, reconciliation, analysis/trouble shooting and holding cycle count results review meeting with cross functional teams (BOM, spare parts, operational supplies, indirect and FG)
- Prepares and validates cycle count report according to SOX requirement.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for inventory and cost/spending improvement to increase inventory accuracy and minimize cost.
- Lead and oversee scrap activities including approval workflow, system transaction and physical disposal from warehouse location.
- Responsible for resolving pending GR and NCP issues to ensure minimum ageing and impact on usable inventory and space.
- Prepares and reconciles receipt activity per the Purchase Receiving Log (PRL) and validate the discrepancy.
- Inventory management for certain common warehouse parts and supplies.
