Job Responsibilities
a) Shop
Recruiting, training, and supervising staff
Dealing with customer issues and complaints
Planning, promoting, and marketing
Overseeing pricing and inventory control
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Listen and respond to customers complaints.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ordering, receiving, price changes, handling damaged products, and returns
Problem solving, and handling unusual circumstances
Responsible in a team to ensure that retail operation runs smoothly.
To perform Cashiering duties (include collection and/or refund of payments, banking in of cash to company's bank accounts, counting & maintenance of daily cash float, etc)
Responsible to maintain Company image and review in Social Media
Track, monitor and communicate business results to HQ
Monitor individual sales target of team members to ensure alignment with the organisation’s Key Performance Indicator
Evaluate team member’s performance and provide relevant feedback to assist in process improvement
Ensure healthy inventory stock levels
Oversee all aspects of operations - Scheduling/Purchasing/Hiring Decisions/Supervising Shifts/security and safety procedures
Must wear Company uniform in the store
b) Inventory and Store Display
· Responsible for stock replenishments at assigned shop outlet
· Responsible for steaming, pressing, folding and display of apparels
· Responsible for physical stock match with inventory system
· Assemble, maintain, service and repair of bicycles and its parts
· Communicate with customers about their bicycles
· Log maintenance and repair activity accurately
· Assist retail team to server with customers
· Maintain good knowledgeable on brand, products and operation processes
Requirements:
At least 3 years working experience in related field
Bicycle mechanic skill
Excellent interpersonal skills
Natural leadership abilities
Ability to multitask
Excellent customer service skills
Working day: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
