The role is responsible to take ownership of the talent acquisition process (i.e. recruitment) from sourcing, pre-screening, interview, up to hiring decision support and onboarding program. The incumbent is to work closely with hiring managers and to manage all contract hiring with our registered recruitment agency vendors in accordance with approved Business Planned headcounts, ensuring that recruitment cost savings is achieved with quality profiles.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, growth plans, critical talent gaps and challenges to manage business timelines
- Screen and select candidates by assessing both their previous experience and technical capabilities against edotco cultures and vision
- Ability to identify suitable candidates through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking
- Manage the full cycle recruitment/talent acquisition process for assigned positions, including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job posting, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview & assessment strategy, salary recommendation and offer process
- Provide positive and efficient engagement for every candidate from the first touchpoint of interview until the end of the recruitment process
- Ensure the full-cycle management of multiple agencies for all contract hires of the business, including renewals, invoicing and governing the agency output.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
- A Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Business, Economics, or any related field
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or from an RPO or MSP background
- Experience managing agency vendor deliverables
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
- Excellent in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ability to work well in a pressured, deadline-focused, small, committed team environment.
