EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· A valid certificate such as a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: SharePoint Developer (MCPD 70-576), additional Microsoft certifications (including Office 365) or awards for SharePoint (e.g. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer are a benefit
· A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's Degree is a benefit
· Excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years) in teaching and training SharePoint, presenting at SharePoint associated conferences and/or authoring/co-authoring publications on the topic of SharePoint development
· The experience and tasks in the scope of work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to the following:
ü Design and implementation of web applications and portal solutions for modern information systems, including: Java/J2EE, .NET or similar
ü Development of web user interfaces using HTML 5, Java Script, CSS, JQuery and AJAX technologies
ü Development of solutions for SharePoint 2016 and above: coding SharePoint solutions (SPFx Framework), and configuring sites (views, web parts/apps, Content Types and Taxonomy)
ü Design, configuration and development of Content Management Systems and Document Management Systems (such as Microsoft SharePoint, Liferay, Drupal, Beezy or Joomla) as designer
ü Experience with implementation of web and portal based solutions based on cloud services: AWS or Microsoft Azure. Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 and in particular SharePoint Online

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Using Directory, Identity and Access Management in an Enterprise environment, including 'single sign on' in heterogeneous environments (with SAML and OAuth technology)
· Development of application services utilising concepts such as Software Configuration Management (preferably on Microsoft Azure DevOps), Continuous Integration and Containerisation
· Experience of Agile and DevOps methodologies and in particular of at least one Agile delivery framework (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, AgilePM, SAFe, etc.)
· Hands on in portal migrations, portal integration with 3rd Party using standard API Provide technical expertise on possible migration to Office 365 environment and integration with MS Teams

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Core functionalities include creating, sharing, managing, organizing and preserving digital content to deliver enterprise-wide content lifecycle management, information access and governance. Common services available include document and records management, content publishing, business process management, data capture and indexing, categorization, content search, version control, analytics and artificial intelligence applied to content collaboration
· Content Platform Services also provides Subject Matter Expertise for advice, guidance, business analysis, design, configuration, development and implementation of new and existing Content Platform Solutions and for a broad range of Content Management activities
· The incumbent will be part of the "Content Collaboration Section" of the Content Platforms Services, based in The Hague. Within the NATO Digital Workplace Centre (NDWC), the Content Platforms Services (CPS) Group provides a range of content centric services enabling secure collaboration
