CS Manager [Taiwan]


 

Our client is looking for a CS Manager in Taipei.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Compliance to Consumer service, customer complaint, and manage crisis properly
  • Familiar with internal Communications, cross functions communication and coordination
  • Leading role to drive CS team
  • Familiar with handle order management and the related processes

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Solid experiences in call centre and consumer service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel skills are required
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
