Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Compliance to Consumer service, customer complaint, and manage crisis properly
- Familiar with internal Communications, cross functions communication and coordination
- Leading role to drive CS team
- Familiar with handle order management and the related processes
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Solid experiences in call centre and consumer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel skills are required
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
